TK Multimedia can create a custom, uniquely designed web site or if budget is an issue, we also work with WordPress templates and can set-up a Wordpress site or other free readymade templates.

Payment Terms

The following are the payment terms for all client work done by Thea Kearney and The TK Multimedia Company.

Standard Payment Schedules:

For all projects totaling less than $500, payment is expected within 15 days of project completion. *

For all projects totaling more than $500, a deposit (retainer) is required. The deposit is 10% of the estimated total with the remaining payment expected within 15 days of project delivery and completion. *

* Project Completion is based on completion of the agreed work as set forth in the signed contract (formal contract or email agreement).

Discounts:

A discount of 10% will be given if a project is completely paid for in advance.

If a current TK Multimedia client refers a new customer to The TK Multimedia Company, and they [new customer] retain TK Multimedia for a project, the current customer will receive a 10% discount on their next project.
